Counting down to the Davidson's Mains Children's Gala

This year's Davidson's Mains Children's Gala is on June 19 - not long to prepare for the biggest kids' day of the year.

As usual the day begins with the Gala Procession from The Green to Lauriston Castle, led by the King and Queen in a horse-drawn carriage.

The procession will go through the centre of the village to give everyone the chance to see the royal party before arriving at the Gala Field for the crowning ceremony.
